Do you serve neurodivergent adults in your business?
Want to let the world know that you are safe, friendly, and welcoming to neurodivergent clients and customers?
Wish you had a better understanding of how to support them best?
The Neurodivergent Accessible Provider (NAP) Certification Program is now open for our January 2026 cohort!
In this 12-week course, you will learn:
- The five core neurodivergent experiences, which will become the foundation for your NeuroDivergent Accessibility Plan (NDAP)
- How intersectionality can impact neurodiversity, and ways to support clients through those experiences, as well as how your own needs intersect with those of your clients
- The difference between capacity and competence, and how support needs in one area do not imply limited competence in other areas
- Why centering lived experience is critical to supporting ND clients
- Accessible project management and communications practices
- How to support client autonomy to maximize satisfaction and results
- Neurodivergent-accessible business models that you can use (for ND founders and business leaders)
- How to support sensory needs across multiple digital and in-person environments, to improve client experience
- Accessible content creation strategies that help you create more content (for ND founders and business leaders)
- Executive functioning support and accessible project management, to support your clients in achieving their goals while building sustainable back-end business practices and delivery models
- Effective digital advocacy techniques, the types of advocacy, and ways you can advocate for neurodivergent clients both with and without being explicitly neurodivergent-focused
Note: This is not a business course. While it will teach you how to build your business more sustainably, accessibly, equitably, and help you reimagine the future version of your business as one that is supportive and regulating, it does not teach sales, marketing, or other business development. For that, you'll want to consider Solo School's business membership, which is here.
The course is broken into five sections:
- Pre-reading, self-assessment, and orientation - opening December '25
- Part 1: Foundations of Neurodiversity
- Mid-Term Assignment
- Part 2: Affirming and Inclusive Practices
- Part 3: Advocacy and Assessment
Each week of the program will include a recorded lecture, released on Monday, and a peer- or expert-led interactive lab on Thursday.
There will be optional exercises during several weeks of the program. The only required assignment is the final assignment, which is required in order to receive certification. It is an "open book" assignment to develop a NeuroDivergent Accessibility Plan for your business, and there will be multiple attempts available.
No one who has completed the education portion of the program has failed the assessment so far.
