You're not missing some magical secret. You're neurodivergent.

Join Solo School to build an accessible, sustainable business using models meant for you.

FEATURED IN:

It's time to build a business that is accessible, sustainable, and consistent (even when you can't be.)

I used to think that other people had figured out something that I just hadn't.

Being neurodivergent often feels like that, frankly. Like the whole world is operating on a set of rules you don't understand, and that if you could just figure out what they know, you would be absolutely unstoppable. I just had to find what I was missing, and success would be mine!

Turns out, the thing I was missing was being neurotypical and the secret was, frankly, something I'd never have. I would never be able to decode their special unspoken rules and do it their way.

The thing you're missing is YOU.

And inside Solo School, we teach you how to tap into your unique brilliance to build a sustainable solo or small business that helps you achieve your income and lifestyle goals without sacrificing your needs as a neurodivergent person. Through a combination of accessible education, industry-leading experts, unlimited coaching time and peer-led coworking and community, we're changing what success looks like - one unconventional entrepreneur at a time.

You need to know "what done looks like".

One of the things about neurodivergence is that having a frame of reference, or understanding "what done looks like" can help us make a LOT more progress than starting from scratch.

So if you want to succeed, you're going to need a plan. A path that is specific to you.

Enter the 4 Stages of Business - the center of the Solo School curriculum.

One path, 100 ways to walk it, each one leading you to the consistent, sustainable business you want.

It starts with an idea

Here we'll teach you how to figure out what to sell, who to sell it to, and the basics you need to get your idea off the ground (including how to make it work with your life.)

Now, we need to prove it

We'll support you in getting those first few sales and setting your pricing right so you know that this idea is worth building a business around. Research, packages, pricing, branding.

Let's make it consistent

Brushing up on your social selling, copywriting, sales skills, social media, website building, audience building, referral pipelines, repurposing content, getting your first 100 subscribers and more - this stage is about reliable sales.

And then help it thrive.

This is the stage where you go from being a business to running a business. Everything you do here is about increasing capacity so you can do more marketing and sales, make more investments, and take on more clients.

Assess where you are + get support.

In Solo School, each of these 4 stages has a specific checklist of "tasks to be done" before you can move on to the next stage. Within each stage, there's also an ever-expanding library of learning to help you develop the skills you need to move through the stages in a way that feels good and sustainable.

Feeling stuck? We have a whole team of neurodivergent experts available every single week for you to "drop in" during their office hours and get some support. From executive functioning and marketing strategy to design and operations, these coaches support your development through the stages.

Wish you had somebody who really "gets" what it's like to be you? Our peer-led community and coworking are available 24/7 in the Solo School app. Start a session any time, or join one live to get things done with a friend. This space is built just for you, so it's always a judgment-free zone.

What's included?

🪂 Unlimited drop-in group coaching

Weekly drop-in group sessions with each of our neurodivergent coaches. From strategy to executive functioning, design to operations and beyond, you'll have 2 hours per week with each coach to stop by and get the support you need. (Bonus: you can't be late, because it's drop-in!)

Each of these experts charges a minimum of $375 per hour for their consulting time, making this worth $200k+ per year.

🎮 On-demand learning

Take a workshop replay or a mini course off the shelf, and use it when you want - or when you need. You can rabbit-hole into a fun topic, or follow your custom curriculum plan. This is a "choose your own adventure" environment.

Each of these learning experiences is a minimum of $222 if you buy them individually, making this a value of over $4k and counting.

🙌 Coworking and community

Coworking, body doubling, community and peer support. We're all weird here, and you get access to our whole community. Asynchronous chat, 24/7 coworking in our live rooms, and the supportive kind of accountability. No principal's office vibes.

The closest comparable business communities for this charge $3000 per year, and they're not neurodivergent-exclusive.

🤖 Project-based AI tools, templates, and kits

We're developing each of our workshops and project-based learning experiences into a set of project kits. Want to fix up your email marketing? Watch the training, use the AI tool to map your strategy, and use the templates to implement. It's all included.

Similar AI tools *without* the training cost hundreds of dollars each. Our own marketing strategy AI is $2500/year. You get all of these, included in your Solo School tuition.

Cheryl Woodhouse

When I was 16, I received my very first neurodivergent diagnosis - though I had no idea at that time what that meant. I had already been in business for over a year and was struggling with burnout. All sorts of assessments told me there might be more to my quirky self and my inability to "just do the thing" (as if there could be only one.)

It would be nearly another two decades before I would come face to face with additional neurodivergent diagnoses and finally start understanding why my business had been built in very... Unconventional ways. I created Solo School to share those ways, including the tools, resources, and teachers I used, with others like me.

Courtney Martin

Courtney Martin is an amazing bookkeeper for amazing female entrepreneurs. She loves helping women set up their business financials for success and helps them maintain them! She knows that financial information is crucial to make informed decisions for business owners and it’s her priority to ensure they can successfully maintain, grow, and scale their businesses through informed purchasing decisions. Prior to bookkeeping, Courtney taught high school for 4 years and still loves educating and answering questions. She is a wife to a work-from-home software engineer (so all her computer help is in-house) and mama to a sweet little boy. You can find her curling up with a Kindle Unlimited romance novel with her 2 huskies on a Friday night!

Deana Tanner

My name is Deana [Pronounced DAY-awn-uh, like “I spent the day on a farm.”] Tanner and I am the healthy humaning expert with a plan to take stuck humans from “fuck this!” to “fuck yeah!”

I assembled the BRACE Method as a nifty, memorable way to share my superpowers with humans who are working so hard to be happier and healthier humans; even when they weren’t given the skills, tools, and information when it mattered most.

It all started through a 4-H leadership education program meant just for teens. It was love at first listen, and I could NOT get enough. I didn’t know exactly how at the time, but it became very clear that the same skills and ideas that go into leadership education would be my life’s work. Healthy Humaning is my answer to that.

Paula James

Paula James teaches quick, gentle movement activities that help release tension and discomfort. They are easy to integrate into busy days (even if you’re low on spoons). Most can be done right at your work station and will help with focus, productivity, and feeling good enough at the end of the work day so that you can do something fun in your free time. A minor vehicle accident in 1991 left Paula with 10 years of low back and neck pain. She made the rounds of health professionals, but still hurt all the time. Learning how to reset her muscles brought her completely out of pain. Paula has been teaching this highly effective work to others for over twenty years.

Theresa Minnoch

Theresa Minnoch, a gifted, ADHD, and dyslexic individual. A widow and the devoted mother of four neurodivergent children, Theresa's journey is one of resilience and advocacy.

She is the driving force behind The Neurodiverse Life Coach, serving as its Owner and CEO. Her work includes the development of Mind Ascend, a comprehensive ND business program, and The Neurodivergent Business Leaders course, empowering individuals within the neurodiverse community to thrive in the business world.

"Y'all. If you make one investment in your business this year... this needs to be it. Working with Cheryl has been a total game changer for my life, brain, and business. We are talking a 50% increase in profit while working and stressing less!"

- Caleigh Grant Bell

"I just want to start by saying that after years of hiring people who gave me the help THEY wanted to give me and not the help I actually asked for, I had to pause this video and cry at how great it feels to be given the exact help I need when I need it. This program is already a game-changer for me, and I am excited to see what comes of having this continued magical support. THANK YOU."

- Starr Sheppard-Decker

"I could not have jumped FASTER last year when [Solo School] offered this and I'm so glad I did!!!!! Grab it while you can!!!"

- Nichole Weaver

"Super helpful to get clarity on my own stuff. Equally helpful to watch Cheryl talk one participant after another through the same sequence.
That helped me to understand the step-by-step process.
Thanks so much, Cheryl!
"

- Paula James

"Cheryl's Offer Workshop taught me more in 2 hours than I've pretty much ever learned in months-long offer-focused programs for lots more money. I walked away knowing the components of a solid offer that a) will deliver amazing results and b) will give me feedback so I can continue to tweak and fine-tune. I cannot WAIT to launch my first group offer!""

- Jen Vertanen

"I'm not sure it can be improved. And I'm using it minimally so far."

- Chaya Gottesman
